Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds toasted
  • 1/2 cucumber small dice seedless
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 or 3 chilis small dice (optional)
  • 2 tbsp finely diced onion
  • Salt to taste

Method

Mix all ingredients. Preferably an hour or 2 before serving. Serve chilled.
